In this immersive, hands-on cooking class led by Chef Juan Forciniti, you’ll explore the heart of Italy through traditional techniques, bold flavors, and family-style hospitality. From handmade pasta to comforting risotto and vibrant sauces simmered to perfection, you’ll gain skills you can bring into your own kitchen again and again. ⸻ Sample Menu: • Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli with sage brown butter • Lemon-Saffron Risotto with seasonal vegetables • Slow-Braised Beef Ragù over creamy mascarpone polenta • Classic Tiramisu with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and whipped mascarpone Vegetarian or seafood options available upon request.
